- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came in looking to open another bank account as I have banked with them for 15+ years I figured my new joint account should be with them. With no one in line in front of me they told me It would be 30 min wait. I said that's quite a while and let him know I'm going elsewhere. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ATM took my card tonight and deposit! ATM reset (windows OS) right after my deposit and did not credit my account or give me my card back. And NO customer service available!!!!! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My experiences with this particular Bank of America branch have been phenomenal. The operations Manager, Mechelle, and Jamie have been awesome to work with. Even at local credit unions I haven't come across a group of people more helpful and empathetic in banking.
