- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Location requires reservations for anything except teller visits. Used to be very friendly and helpful, now it seems kind of corporate. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Go to the one on gilbert rd or higley!! This branch is horrible and the managers are a joke. I had them pull up a policy for me after they REFUSED to let me sign over a joint check and deposit it into my husband's account while my husband was with me. After they pulled up the policy which I was right about, the manager said she would still not let me deposit the check because it was a large amount of money and she didn't feel comfortable.
